When I travel the country, it became stronger after receiving heartwarming support from the local people many times. I would like to play a role as a bridge between the Philippines and Japan.

Status of residence that can work
In Japan, foreigners are granted work qualifications according to the status of residence stipulated by the Immigration Control Act. The range is determined for each occupation by comprehensively considering the "impact on industry and people's lives", and currently covers more than 20 occupations.

Immigration procedures for foreigners after employment decision
The hired person must obtain a VISA to work in Japan, but there are two ways to do this. One is that the person himself prepares the necessary documents and applies to the local consulate. The other is that the employer prepares a "Certificate of Eligibility" for proxy application in Japan. This is the method currently adopted by many companies because the latter can be done without the hassle of the person himself / herself. Specifically, the method of "application for issuance of a certificate of eligibility" is a little complicated, but please be assured that our company with abundant practical experience will support you.
Get working visa
If you apply to the local consulate with the other necessary documents together with the certificate of eligibility, a working VISA will be issued within about one week. In the case of the Philippines, it is essential to take a POEA seminar after that. The process is reasonably recommended in collaboration with a local travel agency.

Housing during your stay
The housing must be prepared by the time foreign employees come to Japan. If you are in the Tokyo metropolitan area, make a contract with a public or private rental apartment or condominium, and prepare the minimum necessary items such as furniture, home appliances and tableware. It is somewhat true that there are landlords who are negative about the residence of foreigners in rural areas. We can suggest an idea for working with a local real estate agent. It is really true that Filipinos are good at making friends. Rending shared apartments may be another option.
Cooperation with the local government
Recently, the local government has become multilingual, but it seems not completely satisfactory to foreigners to understand. For example, how to put out garbage is explained in a booklets or pamphlets, it is often oversighted by foreign people. Then many complaints arise from local residents for incorrect garbage disposal. Both of the relative party can prevent mistakes by exchanging ideas to go through a correct way.
